In the Introduction of the article, we inadvertently made a mistake in the stage of revising the review opinions and deleted a reference by mistake (Cambuli et al., 2019). When it comes to lumped parameter models, we must emphasize that Cambuli et al. (2019) first introduced lumped parameter models into the study of oscillating water column systems. Similarly, in the Methodology of lumped-parameter model in this paper, considering that the hysteresis of the oscillating water column system is the result of the joint action of multiple parameters, we use the LPM method, which was proposed by Ghisu et al., 2020a, 2020b. Replace “An LPM for performance simulation is proposed and then applied to an OWC system with asymmetric channel” with"An LPM for performance simulation, proposed by Cambuli et al. (2019), is applied to an OWC system with asymmetric channel geometry to investigate WT hysteresis" on the ninth line from the bottom of the second page. Replace “We introduce the following dimensionless parameters:” with" We introduce the following dimensionless parameters (Ghisu et al., 2020a): “on line 22 of page 4. Replace "To investigate the phase difference between input and output, by introducing dimensionless Laplace complex variables [Formula presented] and assuming [Formula presented]," in line 14 of page 4 with"To investigate the phase difference between input and output, by using dimensionless Laplace complex variables [Formula presented] and assuming [Formula presented] (Ghisu et al., 2020b),".
