Collaborative Optimization of Vehicle Chassis Integration System

摘要

In this paper, the integrated design problem of the vehicle dynamics model and the suspension kinematics model was incorporated into the multidisciplinary design optimization framework to fully explore their coupling relationship, and the improved collaborative optimization method was proposed to speed up the convergence. A seven-degree-of-freedom mathematical model of the integrated electric power steering system and a physical model of the front suspension were established to fully explore the coupling relationship. Based on the idea of collaborative optimization, approximation modeling technology and traditional All-In-One method were used to perform a priori calculation, which was used as the initial plan of collaborative optimization method to accelerate calculation efficiency. The optimization results show that not only the driving comfort is better improved, but also the fluctuation range of the front wheel positioning parameters is reduced, and the steering is lighter under the condition of ensuring the road feel.
