Classification and assessment of solid propellant rocket exhaust signature

Foreign classification standard of low-signature solid propellants and classification and measurement technique of solid rocket exhaust signatures are presented. The definition, cause of formation, influence on application, theoretical assessment, test methods and equipments for the motor exhaust signature are described and the development direction of measurement and assessment of plume signature are predicted.
