摘要
A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model of the velocity distribution of the tangential coal-fired flame in an industrial boiler has been established. The mesh of the furnace was generated based on the geometric structure of the furnace. Typical operation parameters of the boiler and normal boundary conditions of the velocity field were applied to the model to solve the kinetic inverse problem. The 2D and 3D velocity distribution of the tangential coal-fired flame were obtained from the model. The results can be used to validate boiler structure design and help to prevent the boiler from or eliminate slagging and fouling.
