Calibration-free wavelength measurement with sub-femtometer resolution based on all-fiber rayleigh speckles

摘要

We propose an ultra-high resolution wavelength measurement approach with all-fiber based system. By extracting the Rayleigh speckles of a single mode fiber, we achieve a spectral resolution of 0.3 fm in optical frequency measurement.
