BSC-based evaluation of corporate product innovation performance

    摘要

    An evaluation indicator system for corporate product innovation performance in respect of financial, customer, internal business process, learning and growth is designed by balanced score card (BSC) method and key performance indicator method. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted for weight analysis, and fuzzy integral evaluation method is used for the evaluation of evaluation system of corporate product innovation performance.
