摘要
Phase structure, thermal properties and other basic properties of hydrogen storage alloy were determined by XRD, TG, DSC and oxygen bomb analysis. It's storage stability in dry air was characterized at different temperatures. The results show that the storing method of hydrogen in hydrogen storage alloy doesn't change with Al content. Hydrogen storage alloy has good storage stability in dry air. Dehydriding temperature of A20 and A30 are 362.04°C and 360.10°C respectively, which are 70°C higher than Mg 2NiH 4. Density and oxygen consumption of hydrogen storage alloy are consistent with Al powder, whereas combustion heat of hydrogen storage alloy is higher than Al powder. The results show that hydrogen storage alloy can be used in propellants as high energy combustion agent.
