摘要
To study the improvement of particulate and gaseous pollutants before and after DPF transformation, the comparison test was carried out on 20 diesel vehicles. By installing the test equipment Nanomet3 and Testo350 measurement before and after DPF, through the comparative analysis, the filtration efficiency of particulate pollutant and the emission concentration ratio of gaseous pollutants before and after discharge were obtained. Result show that: Whether the experiments were performed on the chassis dynamometer or on real road, the PN average filtering efficiency of four sets of test vehicles have reached more than 0.95, for vehicle test PN filtration efficiency of a minimum of 0.95506, the maximum can reach 0.99058; while experiments were performed on the chassis dynamometer the average filtration efficiency of a minimum of 0.95274 and the maximum can reach 0.98343; two groups of vehicle diesel engine equipped with DPF and DOC, the concentration of CO after the transformation approach to the 1.02 and 1.15 times of before, while the vehicle equipped with DPF but no DOC, the concentration of CO after the transformation approach to the 7.5 and 7.1 times of before; the installation of DPF had a great effect on concentration of NO2, the average have dropped to 0.43775 times of the original; for NOx, the ratio of emission concentration before and after the transformation is approaching to 1, almost no change.
