摘要
In order to analyze the reason why firing failure of the free loading mixed grain under low temperature environment occurs usually, structural integrity of mixed grain was calculated by using 3D thermoviscoelastic large deformation increment constitutive equation based on Updated Lagrangian method. At the same time, in order to analyze transient temperature field and thermal stress and strain distribution, a step-by-step finite element model based on time-temperature equivalent principle and thermorheologic simple material assumption was used to obtain dangerous location, and structural integrity of mixed grain under different storage temperatures was compared. The results show that structural irrationality of mixed grain is the main reason for structural integrity failure under low temperature environment.
