摘要

Based on a hybrid-excited switched-flux machine having partitioned-stator (PS-HESFM), the on-load excitation winding voltage pulsating is analyzed and minimized in this paper. Different from the voltage pulsating under no-load, the effect of armature reaction on excitation winding voltage pulsating is taken into consideration in this paper. Two suppression methods, i.e., iron piece rotor inner and outer pole arcs pairing and uneven tooth distribution adopted and comparatively analyzed to suppress the on-load excitation winding voltage pulsating using the finite element (FE) method. It reveals that, by employing iron piece rotor inner and outer pole arcs pairing and uneven tooth distribution, the peak-to-peak excitation winding voltage pulsating at on-load is significantly reduced by 92.8% and 90.6%, respectively, albeit with the slight reduction of average on-load torque by 7.3% and 6.6%.
