N2 - In this paper, we use the odd-even mode analysis method to calculate and analyze the branch coupler with coupling degree of 3∼10dB, and realize the six-branch waveguide coupler with high directivity at center frequency of 94GHz. HFSS simulation shows that the return loss is less than -10dB, the coupling degree is higher than 10dB, the isolation is higher than 50dB, and the directivity coefficient is higher than 40dB.
