N2 - A complete evaluation system should include two parts: evaluation index and index weight. Among them, the index weight plays a decisive role in the overall evaluation results. In this study, the social choice function in group decision-making theory is introduced to determine the index weight. Before using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the overall post responsibility scheme, researchers pre-sort the decision-makers, adjust the weight of decision-makers, and then carry out further AHP calculation, so as to reduce the deviation caused by the individual differences of decision-makers and make the index weight more reasonable. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified by an example of establishing a post responsibility evaluation system.
