title = "Aligning and testing non-null optical system with deflectometry",
abstract = "We propose to use SCOTS, a reflection/transmission deflectometry system, as a general tool to evaluate the performance of non-null optical systems. SCOTS acts as a Hartmann test in reverse and measure the system wavefront slopes. By taking multiple SCOTS measurements with different camera positions, the field-dependent wavefront information of the system under test can be obtained. The multiple-field wavefront information can be used to reconstruct certain system configuration, alignment status, and system performance.",
