abstract = "The aircraft integrated navigation system is studied. It includes inertial and satellite navigation systems. To improve the accuracy of the navigation system in flight, the problem of constructing high-precision models using the self-organization algorithm and parametric identification of the nonlinear model of the object is considered. A numerical criterion of the degree of identifiability of the parameters of nonlinear models is used. Improvement of the qualitative characteristics of the model is suggested by increasing the degree of parametric identiflability. The effectiveness of the self-organization algorithm with the identifiability criterion is demonstrated using the example of constructing a model of navigation system errors.",
