N2 - With the development of biotechnology, the sown area of transgenic crops have increased dramatically. People pay more attentive to the safety of genetically modified Crops (CMC). Therefore, the strength of the test for genetically modified crops and their products has become particularly important. The conventional detection methods of GM were not able to fulfill the requirements of rapid, sensitive, high-throughput and accurate quantitative. In this paper, the detection technologies of transgenic plants focusing on newly technology of the proteomics technology, biomolecular interaction analysis (BIA) and near infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) were reviewed.
