A Tracking and Verifying System for Air Explosion Simulation Software

摘要

In order to make the air explosion field simulation meet the practical requirements of swiftness and accuracy in numerical calculation, in this paper, based on the pre-processing and solver, by further developing the existing numerical simulation program, design and implementation of a real-time tracking and verifying system for simulation calculations of air explosion scenarios. Firstly, based on the Qt platform, the relevant program is developed to track the calculation process of the solver, which can read the calculation results of the key point pressure, peak overpressure and other physical quantities related to the three-dimensional explosion field in real time, and a visual display window is proposed to realize the real-time visual tracking of the target physical quantities. Secondly, the embedded mature and reliable empirical formulas for overpressure can generate the target arithmetic thresholds to capture the simulation results of possible anomalies or antiphysical phenomena in time. Combining the operability and flexibility of the solver and pre-processing, the timely correction of grid size, computational step size, and computational model ensures that the numerical simulation results of the air explosion field meet the practical requirements of swiftness and accuracy. The system is suitable for tracking and verifying the simulation process of air explosion, ensuring the scientific and reliable results of 3D explosion field calculation, improving the calculation efficiency, and providing benefits for further information extraction and analysis of explosion field data.
