摘要

The temperature field distribute property virtual assessment for the large frame type molds, which based on the ANSYS CFX fluid-structure interaction analysis technology, have been given in this paper. A large frame type mold have been used for verification the virtual assessment program in this paper. The result show that, the error between the virtual assessment data and test data less than 10%.
