A Novel Integrated On-Board Charger Based on Dual-Motor Drive System for Electric Vehicles

摘要

A novel method for integrated onboard charging is proposed for electric vehicles equipped with dual-motor (DM) drive system. The integrated charger is constructed based on the existed components in drive system with the functions of power fact correction (PFC) and charging voltage/current regulation. The motor windings are reused as the input boost inductors and the inverters serve as a bridgeless PFC converter. The circuit analysis of the converter is carried out in details. A variable parameter PI current controller is adopted based on the conventional dual-loop control strategy. Simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
