T1 - A novel calibration algorithm of LFM IF signal generator circuit

N2 - Based on the error analysis of linear frequency modulated (LFM) intermediate frequency (IF) signal generator circuit, a novel error model in frequency domain was established. The model divided the signal generator circuit into two parts, the non-ideal LFM baseband signal generator circuit and the ideal IF modulator. Then a new calibration algorithm is proposed. Through changing the ROM data, it achieved the purpose of circuit error correction. Furthermore, a structure to realize the calibration algorithm was designed. Finally, the simulation results verified the excellence of the calibration algorithm and the correctness of the structure.
