摘要
An improved normalization method for unified near- field and far-field localization is proposed. The localization problem could be solved in the modification polar coordinate system (MPR) by firstly linearizing the nonlinear equations and using the weighted least squares (WLS) to obtain a coarse solution, then the coarse solution is tightened by a new constraint about the correlation between signals. The simulation results show that the proposed method could achieve a more efficient result compared with the traditional unified localization methods.
