摘要
We propose a multiphysics platform to augment the functions of both nanorobotic manipulation and in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The cross-platform system enables more advanced capabilities on device prototyping and in-situ characterization such as atomic/elementary level structure analysis and sub-nm scale characterization using multiple physical stimuli such as particles, waves, fields, and forces.
