abstract = "In order to solve the problems in the process of vertical handover in heterogeneous wireless networks, We propose a mobile handover mechanism applied to the SDN(Software Defined Network) architecture on the basis of fuzzy logic algorithm combining with the Multi-path transmission control protocol(MPTCP) in this paper. This mechanism periodically acquires a number of network parameters and performs multi-Angle evaluation of the network. The simulation results show that during the handooff process, the mobile device can always maintain the communication of one link and which will realize a true seamless handover. At the same time, due to the existence of the speed-Adjusted vertical handover algorithm based on fuzzy logic(SVHAF), unnecessary handovers are effectively reduced, the ping-pong effect is avoided. Those also improve the quality of service(QoS) and user satisfaction.",
