A Harmonic Suppression Control Method for PMSM of Electric Vehicles

摘要

A harmonic suppression control method based on resonance controller is proposed for current harmonics in PMSM of electric vehicles. By parallel resonant controller on vector control current PI regulator of PMSM, the high gain of resonant controller at the resonance point is used to suppress current harmonics, so as to weaken the high-order harmonics generated in the control process of PMSM. The resonant controller is implemented in the form of double integrators and phase compensation is implemented to solve the stability problem of the system at high resonant frequencies. In addition to the above, considering the problem that the harmonic suppression control may excite system instability, the adaptive adjustment of harmonic suppression control is realized based on the output torque of the drive motor, which makes it have good engineering value. Finally, a test environment is built to verify the feasibility of the method through bench tests.
