The chiral Ni@Ge14O 24(OH)3 cluster motifs have an unprecedented trigonal-bipyramidal Ni@Ge5 core with Ni-Ge bonds and are linked to each other to form a 3D germanate framework containing 24-ring channels (see picture).",
