N2 - Traditional workflow engine is lack of flexibility when applied to product design process, therefore this paper designs a flexible workflow engine based on B/S architecture. Firstly, this paper analyzes the product design process and its flexibility need, then analyzes and designs the framework of the flexible workflow engine. In the framework of the engine, dynamic modifier module is an important part to realize the flexibility. Secondly, this paper illustrates the operation process of flexible workflow engine with a product design case to verify its applicability and effectiveness.
