N2 - Monoclonal antibodies(mAb), currently the largest category of biopharmaceuticals, are widely used due to their high specificity and low side effects. The main method for producing monoclonal antibodies is hybridoma technology, which involves the fusion of B cells with myeloma cells and a series of screening steps to obtain hybridoma cells with good functional activity. However, traditional cell screening methods have limitations such as long cycle times, low throughput, and high cost. In this study, a microfluidic chip was invented that enables affinity screening and functional activity screening of monoclonal antibodies based on hybridoma cells. This chip significantly reduces screening time, improves cell handling throughput, and reduces costs.
