640 Gbit/s single-polarization DPSK transmission over 525 km with time-domain optical fourier transformation in a round-trip configuration

摘要

A 640 Gbit/s single-polarization DPSK signal was transmitted over 525 km in a single channel. Time-domain optical Fourier transformation in a round-trip configuration greatly enhanced the tolerance to higher-order PMD and provided error-free performance.
