摘要
In order to improve the detection ability of weak fluorescence signals, acquire high-spectral resolution information, a 64 channels of fluorescence spectral data acquisition system is built by combining two sets of 32-channel photomultiplier tube (PMT) arrays with laser-induced fluorescence technology, and LabVIEW is used for software control of data acquisition system. The acquisition system achieves the high-speed acquisition and processing of spectral data. The experimental results show that the system can perform the fluorescence spectra acquisition of the single-particle sample solution passing through the microfluidic chip and realize the counting function, and the spectral resolution of the acquisition system is 4.69nm.
