abstract = "A high-average-power, laser-diode, end-pumped nanosecond multi-pass Innoslab Nd:YAG amplifier was demonstrated. With effective shaping of the electro-optically Q-switched Nd:YVO4 seed laser, a 45W seed laser at the pulse repetition frequency of 50 kHz was amplified to 212W with the pump power of 1145W, and the corresponding optical-to-optical efficiency was 14.6% and the slope efficiency was 17.8%.",
