摘要
In order to study the characteristics of rotation speed and torque during the brake process,the engagement process was divided into four stages,including the gap elimination,the addendum sliding,the meshing and the collision.The dynamic model of the engagement process was established,and the force condition of brake band and the changing trend of the rotation speed of the brake drum were analyzed.The engagement process of the brake was simulated through Matlab,and the range of the initial joint angular velocity and the torque shock under different initial rotation speed were determined.Research shows that the initial joint angular velocity is in direct proportion to the electromagnetic force and in inverse proportion to the radial stiffness.Experiment result verifies the correctness of the model and proves that the brake can overcome the torsional shock and achieve braking with a small electromagnetic pull force.
