摘要
A swing friction pair test rig was built and the bench simulation test was carried out under the typical working conditions of the connecting rod small end bearing. The bearing specimens after bench test were tested for bushing loosening. The three-dimensional morphology observation and energy spectrum analysis were performed on the wear surface of the bushing and the piston pin respectively. The results show that the friction temperature increase under continuous loading mode is significantly higher than that under intermittent loading mode under the same conditions. In the oil supply state, the frictional temperature increase of the intermittent loading mode is less affected by the load value, while the frictional temperature increase during continuous loading is greatly affected by the load value, and the temperature fluctuation near the friction heat source area appears most significantly. The maximum torque for bushing loosening is 1.4 times the minimum torque, and the minimum pull-out force is 73.3% of the maximum pull-out force under different working conditions. Under the intermittent loading mode of oil supply, pitting corrosion occurs on the surface of the bushing, and the distribution of the bushing material transferred on the surface of the piston pin is relatively concentrated compare with the continuous loading mode.
