摘要
There are a great amount of cross-province hydropower curtailment in southwest China in summer. In order to increase the hydropower accommodation and realize the matching between the source of power supply and electricity load during off-peak periods, this paper proposes a technical scheme based on the ice-storage cooling air conditioning system to promote the water and electricity consumption in summer. The corresponding power scheduling models are established under three scenarios were established, and the scheduling results were compared and analyzed. The three scenarios are electric heat dispatching without adding ice storage device, electric heat dispatching only considering the characteristics of ice storage, and electric heat dispatching considering the characteristics of ice storage and pipe network, respectively. The results show that adding a large ice storage unit and incorporating it into the power dispatching system can realize zero hydropower abandonment during off-peak hours at night valley, which plays a significant role in improving hydropower accommodation at night and promoting the development of valley electricity market.
