摘要

With the development of manned spaceflight and deep space exploration in China, the space activities of astronauts are becoming increasingly complicated, and residence time is growing. Astronauts spend a long time in special environments, such as environments with cosmic radiation, microgravity, and low pressure, exposing them to various health problems in space. Disease prevention, health management, and medical intervention for astronauts in space activities are crucial to astronauts’ health and the completion of space missions. Aerospace biomedical engineering aims to provide space medical support and explore new technologies for biomedical detection in space. It supports space missions and provides a huge impetus for the development of cutting-edge medical technology. This article focuses on the detection technology of biomarkers related to aerospace medical support, space microbial detection technology, and microfluidic chip-based biomedical detection technology. It also summarizes the group’s research achievements in this field and provides the future development direction of aerospace biomedicine.
