摘要

The hydrogen internal combustion engine (HICE) can achieve zero carbon emission relying on the internal combustion engine. It can achieve long-term stable energy output combined with the green hydrogen produced by renewable energy and the hydrogen storage system. Based on the key technology and working characteristics of the HICE, it is applied to the power supply system in the remote uninhabited island area to achieve zero carbon power generation. The system uses HICE to replace diesel internal combustion engine for power generation, and hydrogen production and storage system are used to replace the original diesel and part of the energy storage battery, so as to make full use of the renewable energy in the area without islands, thus realizing the continuous energy supply of the island with zero carbon, and breaking dependence on external input energy. The system has the prospect of popularization and application, and it provides a reference for the construction of zero-carbon self-sustaining power supply system in the remote uninhabited islands.
