竹炭用于水泥窑炉烟气脱硝的反应条件研究

摘要

As a high-quality biomass carbon material, bamboo charcoal has a good adsorption and reduction effect on nitrogen oxides, which can effectively reduce nitrogen oxides emissions from the flue gas of cement industry. Based on the analysis of the chemical composition and surface functional groups of bamboo charcoal, the effect of bamboo charcoal mass ratio, reaction temperature and oxygen concentration on the denitrification rate of bamboo charcoal were discussed, and the reaction conditions of bamboo charcoal used in flue gas denitrification of cement kiln were studied. The results show that bamboo charcoal is rich in C, N, 0 elements and a little metal compounds, which can effectively reduce nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of reduced cement kiln. The relative content of graphite carbon C-C bond and nitrogen-containing functional group-NCO bond in bamboo charcoal at 900 C is higher, which has a better promoting effect on the reduction of nitrogen oxides. The reaction temperature and oxygen concentration have significant effects on the denitrification rate of bamboo charcoal, and the order of influencing factors is temperature > oxygen > mass ratio. The reaction temperature of 900 C, oxygen concentration of 1% and bamboo charcoal mass ratio of 4% have a higher initial denitrification rate.
