爆炸成型PELE形成影响因素的数值模拟研究

摘要

A warhead structure of clad composite liner was selected to research the formation rule of explosively formed lateral effect enhanced penetrator (explosively formed PELE) under center point initiation and the forming process of PELE was calculated using AUTODYN numerical simulation software. The boundary of the formed penetrator was extracted and the compactness was calculated through image processing technology, which was used as the evaluation basis for the penetrator formation. The influences of the liner material, structure and the length to diameter ratio of the charge on the forming performance of the explosively formed PELE were obtained. The results show that a high compactness explosively formed PELE can be obtained under central point initiation in the premise of adopting the combination of variable wall thickness structure iron outer cover and equal wall thickness structure aluminum inner cover with the thickness ratio of inner and outer cover top of 2:3, and when the length to diameter ratio of charge is 0.5. Its structure parameters are as follows: the inner and outer curvature radius of the outer liner of PELE are 1.00D and 1.15D, respectively, and the top thickness is 0.06D. The inner and outer curve radius of inner liner are both 0.42D, and the top thickness is 0.04D.
