摘要

In order to reveal the interruption mechanism of rubber/steel/rubber composite structure, the optimization design method of interruption structure was established. The attenuation process of shock wave in the medium was simulated by LS-DYNA. The propagation process of shock wave in rubber and steel was analyzed by using the existing theory, and the attenuation law of shock wave in rubber/steel/rubber composite structure was obtained. The impact initiation test under different composite partitions was carried out based on the typical working conditions of RDX impact initiation of TNT. Based on the test results,the influence of composite partition parameters on shock wave propagation was studied on the basis of the theoretical model. The results show that the attenuation effect of rubber/steel/rubber on shock wave is better than that of rubber/steel composite partition structure and better than that of single medium structure. The design method of composite partition is proposed to increase the impedance difference between the high and low impedance materials of the partition, which is beneficial to improve the attenuation effect of the partition on the shock wave. In the case of a certain separator material and total thickness, the thickness of the low-impedance material at both ends is preferentially increased, and the thickness of the middle high-impedance material is reduced.
