摘要

The high-speed rotating environment in the flight process of solid rocket motors (SRMs) can be simulated using the rotating test bench on the ground. By controlling and monitoring the rotating working state of the motor, experimental data for the research of flow field and interior ballistics of rotary motor was obtained. In order to simulate the force states of ignition flight when the motor was rotating, the test bench not only needed to drive the motor to do high-speed rotating motion together, to ensure that the motor had freedom in the axial direction to test the thrust, but also needed to bear the huge impact vibration produced by the motor ignition. Therefore, the test bench adopted a horizontal layout, and the base was fixedly connected with the concrete infrastructure through embedded parts to improve the ability of anti-overturning; the driving system adopted a high-power motor for achieving a high speed through the transmission shaft; the outer part of the rotor was added with protective cover to protect the high-speed rotation of the rotor; the structure optimization and quality control of the core components were carried out in the engineering design, aiming to reduce the moment of inertia of the rotor, improve the structural strength, and meet the requirements of the solid rocket motor with axial degrees of freedom. Finally, the simulation and dynamic balance analysis of the rotor were carried out. The results show that the core components of the test-bed structure are required to be axisymmetric, and the surface has no bulge. A higher structural strength can be obtained under the action of centrifugal force, owing to the smaller sleeve radius, the larger wall thickness and the shorter length. Moreover, the influence of wall thickness on the deformation is more significant than others. The optimized core components can ensure the stable operation of the device.
