摘要

In order to combine the process of alternatives obtaining with the process of decision making in product design and development, a method for product scheme decision making of group consensus based on design rationale is proposed. Firstly, through the extraction of text information and numerical information, the design intention can be transformed into feature vector, and the design rationale corresponding to the design intention with higher similarity of design problem is chosen as the alternative design scheme. Then, decision makers use intuitionistic fuzzy sets to evaluate the alternatives, calculate the similarity between individual and group decisions, and uses consistency thresholds to measure whether decisions reach consensus levels. Finally, the generalized inductive fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator is used to aggregate the expert decisions, and the comprehensive evaluation results of these schemes are obtained. In the design of a certain type of welding clamp arm as an example was used to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.
