摘要
Aiming at the combustion stability of four-component HTPB propellant, the main mechanism of combustion instability is briefly described microscopically. The effects of thermal decomposition process and flame structure of each component, ammonium perchlorate (AP), hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), aluminum powder (Al) and nitramine (RDX and HMX), on the combustion stability of solid propellants is sorted out and summarized. Through the study of the combustion characteristics and mechanism of each component, it is helpful to establish the overall combustion model of solid propellant, which can essentially explain the cause of unstable combustion of composite propellant. and put forward effective means to restrain the unstable combustion phenomenon.The future research direction of four-component HTPB propellant is prospected. With 72 references.
