主要从事生物催化与合成生物学、产学研相关的工作。针对传统植物提取方式存在资源匮乏、耕地依赖、周期长等问题,研究工作围绕植物天然产物及其衍生物的生物全合成、生物改性和工业化应用,建立合成植物天然产物微生物细胞工厂,发展代谢途径组装的高效工具,创建微生物合成植物天然产物的高效平台。目前主持并参与国家自然科学基金、国家863项目、企业横向课题和科技部重点研发计划等项目,发表SCI论文28篇,授权专利6项。
(1)酶分子理性设计、分子进化、结构解析与催化机理研究。
(2)甘草次酸、薯蓣皂素、松果菊苷等高附加值植物源天然产物的生物全合成,植物天然产物细胞工厂构建。
