Abstract

The application of virtual reality technology to education has been widely researched and has made great strides in areas such as science, but there is still a lack of attention in the aesthetic and emotional fields. Through analysing the results of virtual reality technology in previous studies, the characteristics of the user population, and the principles and methods of creativity cultivation to provide a basis for children's product design. Using the principles of guidance, fun and multi-sensory stimulation as design guidelines, we develop children's teaching aids with an entertaining nature that can be used in the home environment and explore the design path of such educational products in the context of virtual reality.
