Abstract

Servo is an important component of the guidance control system. In order to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of research and development of guidance control system, it was put forward to replace physical prototype with the virtual prototype of the Servo. The program used mechanical dynamic analysis software ADAMS and control simulation software SIMULINK to build a missile servo of mechanical dynamic model and controller model respectively. Through the process and analysis of simulation data, and contrast to the measured data of the physical servo, the control parameters of a virtual prototype was determined and model accuracy was improved, thus the virtual prototype of the servo was made feasible. On this basis, virtual prototype was embedded in the simulation of the guidance control system. The simulation results show that this simulation method is feasible.
