Abstract

Virtual prototype integration design platform of vehicle transmission system was presented and constructed based on parametric model base, and according to the characteristics of vehicle transmission system, parametric structure design, multi-body kinematics and dynamics analysis were realized. By developing corresponding management system for model base, key technologies of isomerous model management mechanism and its function were realized. Thus the data sharing between modeling and simulation, model conformity and integration were obtained. The interface of input and output was defined according to the energy type, thus the systematic simulation model could be established quickly. Steady and transient performance prediction could also be achieved. Finally, the effectiveness and reliability of the platform was verified by modeling and analyzing the virtual prototype of the tracked vehicle transmission system.
