Abstract

Conventional criterions such as P-Y, RMS and Zernike polynomials could not give spatial frequency information of optical elements. Based on the calculation of power spectral density of wavefront, the method of using PSD to evaluate the corrective ability of active thin primary mirror was proposed. The results of simulation were given at last.
