Abstract

The parallel stabilized platform suffers the impacts from varieties of dynamic incentives which may disturb directly its working efficiency. By means of Pro/E and ANSYS software, the transient analysis of the parallel stabilized platform based on 6-UPS structure were conducted so as to study the transient responses of such stabilized platform under the multi-steps impact working condition. Furthermore, single-point response spectrum analysis was done by exerting the stimulus of single displacement spectrum, and then its stress and displacement responses under random load were obtained. The results indicate that the dynamic property of the parallel stabilized platform is qualified to the vehicle working condition. The spherical joints and the low order natural frequency are the key factors that impact the dynamic property. This research offers the reference for the optimization of the structure and property of the parallel stabilized platform.
