Torque compensation of EMB brake actuator while motor rotation-clogging

Abstract

On the basis of analyzing the composition and working principle of EMB system, the working state of BLDC torque motor in EMB actuator and the reason, which caused the torque ripple while rotation-clogging, are analyzed. Using the experiment data as the network's learning stylebook, based on the, input voltage control signal of motor and the rotator position signal, the RBF neural network is applied to compensate the output torque while motor rotation-clogging. Under the same input voltage signal of the electronic pedal, a stable torque output is obtained through the torque compensating system to change the winding current of the motor while rotation-clogging.
