Abstract
In order to enhance the structural performance of engine mount bracket and reduce its weight, a multi-objective topology optimization on bracket structure is conducted with minimizing its weighted compliance and maximizing its natural frequency under different working conditions as objectives and considering engineering constraints. The new engine mount designed based on optimization results meets the requirements on strength, durability and modal frequency, lowers development risk, reduce real component tests and cut down development cost.
