Abstract

To resolve the tobacco packaging optimization scheduling problems of dynamic modification the packaging machines combinatorial constraints, weekly scroll increments order and synchronization between scheduling and practical execution, the dynamic tobacco packaging scheduling technology with Job-shop work-pattern was proposed. A kind of tobacco packaging dynamic scheduling technology architecture aiming to adapt to the dynamic production environment was constructed, including increment scheduling, shift scheduling and rescheduling and so on. With comprehensive conditions of the dynamic modification of packaging machines combinatorial constraints, and order's execution time & production quantity deviation of the planning, the traversal searching algorithm for the affected orders and packaging machine was presented. For the problem of the assigning packaging machines combinatorial constraints, the rescheduling algorithm aiming to progressive optimization was proposed. An increment scheduling algorithm considering the pre-scheduling schema's packaging machines combination was put forward and the changing times of tobacco band in the execution process was decreased. The shift synchronization scheduling algorithm driven by the practical working start time, end time and production quantity was also presented. The technology was proved to be effective by examples.
