Abstract
A throttle servo system operated by high speed solenoid valves for teleoperated tracked vehicles is studied. Vehicle speed of the teleoperated tracked vehicle is controlled by a throttle servo system. The hydraulic throttle actuator controlled by PWM is adopted in the throttle servo system. Through the analysis of the working characteristics of the hydraulic actuator and high speed solenoid valve, a PD controller with static integrator, asymmetrical control parameters and time compensation is designed based on the characteristics of asymmetry and time delay. Experiments show that the throttle servo system satisfies the speed demand of the teleoperated tracked vehicle.
